We are based in Wiltshire and between the four of us we perform in shows, big bands, orchestras, wind bands, smaller ensembles and as soloists. We are not just saxophonists - some of us also play and teach flute, clarinet or piano. We get on very well together and we have found that the experience gained from having individual careers and interests enriches the quartet and makes us more versatile. Our rehearsals are great fun and we enjoy performing at all types of events.
The Original Sax Quartet complements other ensembles very well; for example, we have frequently played at Male Voice Choir and Choral Society concerts as special guests.
